Abstract: The article introduced the structural defects of existing wedge gate valve, and introduced the improvement program of parallel slide gate valve replace the wedge gate valve. In addition, it also expatiate the calculation methods of main parts.

一、 序言

现行600MW超临界机组主汽参数已达24．2MPa、温度538／566℃，1000MW超超临界机组主汽参数已达31Mpa、593℃，主给水系统压力则更高。如此高参数自然对与之配套的电站阀门提出更高参数、更高可靠性的要求。闸阀以其承压高、工作温度高、双向密封、口径大、规格范围宽、密封可靠等一系列优点在这类机组得到广泛的应用。

这类阀门在火力发电站一般用于主蒸汽截止和隔离、主给水泵隔离、高压加热器隔离、汽轮机疏水系统等关键管线，控制高温高压汽水介质的有效切断或开启，其承压性能、密封性能、动作性能、使用寿命、维修周期等直接影响机组的可靠性、安全性，一旦发生故障，常常造成重大事故，严重威胁机组的安全运行。因为阀门故障的停机事故几乎每家电厂都曾发生。
